Designed for the modern practitioner, these Hatha Yoga classes cultivate awareness of the body and the mind through asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. These classes include a sequence of asana that encourages strength, flexibility, joint mobility, digestion, and concentration. Pranayama is woven throughout the class and connects the practitioner deeper into the practice as they focus on their breath. Each class includes meditation, creating a space for stillness and inner peace. These classes serve as an invitation to integrate and harmonize all levels of the being.
Sophie is passionate about movement and embodiment.
She completed her training at Kawai Purapura, New Zealand and shares the wisdom of Hatha, Tantrik Hatha, and Yoga Nidra in her classes. Sophie has taught in studios and gyms across New Zealand since 2020.
